1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

bi88 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. The following applies to all accounts:

• Players will be required to submit valid government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's licence) before withdrawal privileges are activated;
• Proof of address may be required, particularly for higher withdrawal amounts or where account activity triggers a review;

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All wallet balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). • Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts;

• Using false, stolen, or misappropriated identity documents during registration or KYC;

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in bi88 systems for personal gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any other form of sports betting integrity violation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bi88 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Any conduct that bi88 reasonably determines to constitute fraud, abuse, or a threat to platform integrity.

bi88 cooperates with the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other relevant regulatory and law enforcement bodies in investigating suspected prohibited conduct.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bi88 platform — including but not limited to the bi88 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of bi88 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bi88 content without prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of data from the bi88 platform is expressly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bi88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond bi88's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security;

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory waiting period.

13.2 Closure by bi88

bi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3;

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the bi88 platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact bi88 customer support with a detailed description of your complaint. bi88 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate the matter in writing to the bi88 compliance team via the contact details provided in Section 16.
• Step 3 — External Resolution: Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, players may seek recourse through applicable external dispute resolution mechanisms available under Philippine law.

Nothing in this dispute resolution process limits your rights under applicable consumer protection or gaming regulations in the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bi88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bi88 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details associated with their account or by posting a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bi88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
